Is the IP camera connected to the Internet

IP camera does not need to be connected to the network cable can be monitored, there are users in the small series, not the network can be used?Are there any  IP camera  that don't use the Internet?All  IP camera need to be connected to the network. Users will be prompted to download the  IP camer APP and then connect the  IP camer at the installation place.

The  IP camer can store the daily recorded videos locally or on Anju cloud network through two storage methods. When viewing the videos, users can view or download the videos from anju Cloud network terminal via computer.If the video can only be stored on a local memory card without connection to the network, users cannot view it through the  IP camer APP installed on the phone or communicate in real time through the  IP camer APP.
